How long does shipping typically take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via UPS or USPS.
What is the Infamous Paintball return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized jerseys and used technical equipment are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping to players outside the USA?
Yes, we ship our gear worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
Are your Pro DNA pads covered under warranty?
All Pro DNA protective gear is covered by a 90-day manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal playing conditions.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
